Danny Rand Focuses his Chi for Season 2 of "Iron Fist" and The Defenders have a release da

Today at the San Diego Comic Con, the would was told of two things that were noteworthy:

1. Iron Fist Season 2

2. The Defenders, release date

First up, Iron Fist Season 2, though Season 1 may be seen as a bit of a flop, especially in comparison to fellow "Defenders" Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Daredevil, Danny will be given a second chance at life on Netflix with this announcement. Personally, I hope that Danny will be able to channel his Chi and do some more kicking of ass to The Hand. Which ties into the second announcement, about The Defenders will be debuting, August 18th, let's just hope Danny won't be given too much grief from his fellows teammates. If so, it could be a good bit of banter and publicity to help build up hype for Season 2.
